A little follow-up regarding a setting, that you may have noticed appeared in the system recently 😉 And if not, I'll make sure it's all clear.
What happens with sessions from the pass when a member uses up all of them, buys a new membership and then wants to cancel bookings from that previous pass?
I Settings > Bookings, you will find a new setting: After purchasing a new membership, do not restore sessions from the old one.
It is disabled by default, but if you do not want sessions from the old memberships to be restored when a member cancels his bookings, you can enable it.
When extending the membership, they will get information from the system:
Once he extends his membership, and will cancel a booking, his session will not be restored.
However, if you want to let your members' session to be restored, you just leave this setting disabled.
